Regarding the availability of the products, you will be able to notice whether they are in stock or not in the product description in the following way: the green color means that it is available in large quantities, the yellow color that it is available in small quantities, and the red color that it is out of stock. If the product you want is out of stock you will be notified about when is available.

The European Union Countries’ shipping costs, are automatically calculated when you’re checking out your order. To see the current cost of delivery in the basket, select the country of delivery in the upper right corner of the page.
For orders outside the Europen Union please contact us. Delivery costs have to be calculated individually depending on the country.
Delivery time to European Union countries is 3-5 business days starting from the next day after the package leaves our warehouse.
EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
We make effort to guarantee that orders are shipped on the same day when the payment is confirmed. If you want your order shipped the same day has to be before 14:00, if the payment for your order was posted after that time, the order will be packed and sent the next business day.
Orders set on a business day (Mon-Fri) before 14:00 will usually be sent in less than 24 hours (unless on a Friday, this will be sent on Monday as a priority). To the orders that are placed after 14:00 or on weekends/bank holidays, the order will be sent within 1-2 business days starting when the is placed. We will normally dispatch your goods within 1-2 working days of the order being placed. We will contact you in case of any stock issues that might affect the delivery of your order.
The delivery times are approximate (because of our use of a 3rd party courier, and the problems they might have are not under our control). The approximate delivery time excludes weekends and holidays. Meanwhile, we will do everything is possible so you can receive your order on time and without any inconvenience. We are not responsible for any delays that are not within our control.
Weighty and voluminous items have extra costs derivated from the shipment. These items are indicated on the product's description page. If you have any questions about which products are don’t hesitate to contact us.
If you are thinking to place a large order we recommend you to contact us first, so we will be able to make the process easier for you. Large orders are sent by discreet pallets and the delivery time is higher due to their size. Large orders have extra cost that has to be calculated individually.
Packaging & Delivery
The order is delivered discreetly no mention of our shop name on the packaging and any of the products will be visible. The order is shipped by a trusted courier and delivered to your door.
In the case no one is in to receive the order, the courier will try to deliver it again, If isn’t possible the courier will leave it at the closest access point. In the case that the order isn’t claimed will be returned to us, we will have to extra charge the customer with additional return charges.
We will inform you by e-mail all the status of your order. You will receive automatically an e-mail with a tracking number when your order has been shipped in addition the tracking number will be sent from the courier system. In the case you don’t receive any e-mail or automatic notifications about the status of your order after placing it, please check the SPAM folder or contact us. You must provide us with the correct email address to receive the shipment tracking number.
MaxGrowShop is not in charge of the security of the ordered goods against theft or damage in any circumstance where the customer changes the delivery details after confirming their order or does not accept the goods in person. For example, customers moving delivery point to porch/door or leaving products with a neighbor, etc. MaxGrowShop recommends you always take your delivery in person all time to make sure the safe transportation of your goods.
For purchases made by bank transfer, Paypal or bitcoins, your order will be sent to any address once the payment has been made.
Under UPS terms and conditions by selecting Authorize Shipment Release, you are authorizing UPS to deliver packages addressed to you at the address indicated when no one is present to receive the order. In case of accepting, you will be required to accept responsibility for any loss or damage that the package may suffer when it is delivered to the address.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that it is legal to ship the goods ordered to the country of destination. We are not responsible for the rejections and/or retentions that might be caused by customs. We are not responsible for the delay that the shipment might have due to customs issues or extra charges, all this is at the customer's expense.
All orders set from within Poland and European Union country members are subject to 23% VAT. All products in our catalog are subject to 23% VAT. If you want to set an order as a company with VAT-0% you will have to provide us with your VAT-EU number, please contact us before making the payment so that we can make the VAT change in your order
We are committed to the satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our products, we will refund your money, all this subject to the product has never been used and is in the same new condition as when it was delivered to you. To make the return you must have the receipt and you must be within 14 days after the purchase where this guarantee applies.
All of our products are carefully wrapped and packaged for shipment. If at the time of receiving your order you find that it has suffered any damage, please contact .us at your earliest convenience.

MaxGrowShop reserves the right to change the price of products, and delivery charges thresholds at any time without prior notification.
MaxGrowShop offers free delivery to all European Union countries for orders over 100 euros.
Free shipping does not apply to shipping bags with substrate (soil, cocos, ceramic granules, perlite), pallet shipping and shipping by post to the islands.
If you order substrates, additional delivery costs will be added.
