Returns
You can return products purchased from us within 14 days of receiving your package. To do this, log in to your account and use quick returns.
Select products for return
Return all or just selected products from your order list. You have 14 days to return.
Provide shipment details
Check the information "taken" from your order and provide any missing information, including shipping method, packaging type, and shipping date.
Pack and ship the package
Pack the return in the same or different packaging. Hand the package over to the courier, take it to a parcel locker, or drop-off point. The products will be returned to the store.

Please remember to include your receipt and the withdrawal form in the package. You can download the form here: Withdrawal Form. If you use a different form, be sure to provide your account number and fill out your name and surname legibly. This will speed up your refund. You can send your withdrawal form to the following email address: info@maxgrowshop.pl. The 14-day returns period is determined by the date the email containing the withdrawal form is sent or the date the return package is shipped. Returned goods must be complete (including tags) and show no signs of use (the products and original packaging). If you return a product that does not meet these requirements, we will be forced to return it at your expense.
We will process your refund for returned goods no later than 14 days after receiving the package. The refund method depends on the payment method you selected when placing your order. If your order was paid for by instant transfer, we will process your refund using the same method. In the case of a partial return, shipping costs will not be refunded.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to the Store. If the order was paid for but not received, we will refund the order value, minus the cost of return shipping.
