What is VPD control? VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) control refers to the difference between the amount of water vapor present in the air and the maximum amount of vapor the air can hold at a given temperature. In the context of growing plants, VPD control helps maintain appropriate humidity and temperature levels, which are crucial for healthy plant growth. In practice, this means that devices with VPD control monitor air temperature, humidity, and leaf temperature to optimize these conditions. By maintaining the proper VPD, plants can better absorb water and nutrients, resulting in better growth. Product Description: This modern environmental heater is designed with intelligent controls that maintain optimal temperatures for successful plant growth. It provides your grow tent with greater stability year-round, maximizing climate control and minimizing plant stress caused by sudden temperature changes. Thanks to the extended sensor range and flexible hose, the unit allows for continuous climate monitoring and adjustment. Safety features include an automatic shut-off system that activates if the heater is dropped, tilted more than 15°, or overheats. The product is part of the UIS™ platform of growing devices and smart controllers, designed to integrate with the AC Infinity app via Wi-Fi to achieve ideal conditions in your environment. Smart Climate Control: Access temperature and VPD triggers, as well as programmable timers and cycles, using the built-in controller. These smart controllers use a wired sensor that instantly detects environmental changes over a wide area. VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) triggers take into account ambient temperature, relative humidity, and plant leaf temperature. Ten heat levels are available, allowing you to gently warm an area or quickly raise the temperature as needed. The PWM-based design, using three separate PTC boards, provides 10 true heat levels for precise heat release. In addition to heating, a fan mode with 10 levels is also available for fresh air intake.
