Lumatek 30W UV/UVB/UVA Supplemental LED Light Bar. Designed for growers who want to enhance their crops' yields through the use of ultraviolet (UV) light. The Lumatek 30W UV LED Light Bar is a special supplementary light for those who want to enhance plant quality by adding UV radiation during the flowering phase. Compatible with popular Lumatek Zeus LED 465W and 600W fixtures, it has a built-in power supply and allows for daisy-chaining. This innovative solution is perfect for growers seeking unique flavor, aroma, and a 30% increase in the content of a key ingredient for extraction. Additionally, gentle doses of UV-B help control mold growth, while UV-A reduces the need for chemicals. This unique light bar was designed to deliver optimal doses of UV-B [280-315 nm] and UV-A [315-400 nm] radiation to plants, based on scientific research. One fixture delivers 2.2 kJ/day (12 hours) of UV-B energy and 518 kJ/day (12 hours) of UV-A. This equates to an output of 100 mW of UV-B and 12,000 mW of UVA. Lumatek guarantees no UV-C emissions. To fully utilize this technology, combine it with Lumatek Zeus LED Range fixtures, following our lighting recommendations. The daisy chain cable allows you to easily connect multiple strips. For optimal performance, the strip has a single input and output socket – for power or daisy chaining. Please note: the power cable is not included – a 4m power cable and a 1.5m daisy chain cable are available separately. To avoid any biological effects on the human body, turn off the power during installation and/or maintenance of the cultivation system. If turning off the UV strips is not possible, all exposed skin should be covered with an opaque material, including the face, neck, head, hands, and any injuries. Appropriate laboratory attire is considered covered if the rest of the body is worn. For example, long pants, closed fingers, gloves, long-sleeved lab coats, and safety glasses.
