Opis produktu

Milwaukee MC110 PRO pH Monitor – A benchtop meter designed for continuous monitoring of pH values in solutions. The Milwaukee MC110 PRO is a professional benchtop meter designed for continuous monitoring of pH values in solutions. It provides precise measurements across the full 0.0–14.0 pH range and is designed for applications where constant parameter control is crucial – from hydroponics and aquariums, to laboratories, aquaculture, and the food industry. The device is equipped with an adjustable setpoint and a visual alarm that triggers when the measured value exceeds acceptable limits, providing immediate warning of deviations from the norm. The kit includes a professional MA911B/2 electrode, which ensures stable and repeatable measurements. Its compact design, intuitive operation, and ability to operate in demanding conditions make the MC110 PRO a reliable tool for both professionals and hobbyists who demand high-quality and reliable results. Key features Wide measurement range: 0.0 – 14.0 pH High precision: resolution 0.1 pH, accuracy ±0.2 pH (@25 °C) Adjustable setpoint: from 3.5 to 7.5 pH Visual alarm: informs when the pH value exceeds the set limits Professional MA911B/2 electrode included, with a 2 m cable Calibration fluids required: pH 7.01 and pH 4.01 (sold separately) External power supply – stable operation thanks to a 12 VDC adapter Durable construction – adapted to work in an environment of 0–50 °C, up to 95% RH Compact dimensions: 148.5 x 82.5 x 32 mm, only 160 g Easy to use – simple calibration and quick reading of values on a large display Warranty: 2 years for the meter, 6 months for the electrode For correct calibration of the device, pH 7.01 and pH buffer solutions are used 4.01 (available separately). Regular calibration is recommended to maintain maximum measurement accuracy. The two components that most often cause problems are the glass measuring bulb and the reference junction. The Glass Measuring Bulb in an ElectrodeThe glass bulb loses sensitivity over time and eventually wears out. This applies to all pH electrodes. Reference JunctionThe reference junction is a small opening that allows the sample to be compared to a reference solution. A reading is generated based on the electrical difference between the sample and the reference. If this opening becomes clogged, the pH electrode will stop working. You can extend the life of your pH electrode by following these guidelines: StorageThe pH electrode must be kept moist. Long periods of dry storage will damage its sensitivity. Drying out the electrode can also cause the reference junction opening to become clogged. Store the electrode in MA9015 storage solution. Tap water should only be used short-term if MA9015 is not immediately available. NEVER store the electrode in distilled (DI) or reverse osmosis (RO) water – this will damage the electrode's sensitivity. The best way to store the electrode is to fill the electrode cap with MA9015 solution and then close it tightly to prevent leakage. It is also recommended to store the electrode in an upright position, which further reduces the risk of leakage. Cleaning: Sample residue can affect the sensitivity of the glass bulb and block the junction. This is especially true for samples containing high organic matter. Regularly soaking the electrode in MA9016 Cleaning Solution for approximately 20 minutes is recommended.
