When added to water, the CO₂ is released, allowing plants to better absorb this valuable gas during photosynthesis. The tablets also contain magnesium sulfate, which prevents magnesium deficiency, an important element in rapid plant growth. CO₂ Tablets release carbon dioxide for approximately 4-6 hours, so it's best to use them before watering. Using the tablets twice a week ensures optimal growth conditions for plants. Note: CO₂ tablets are best used a few hours before darkness falls, as plants don't absorb CO₂ at night.
