The Secret Smoke Ice Water Extraction Machine is ideal for easily extracting high-quality extract. The Lavadora + Pyramide + S Icer 2 + Thermometer kit from Secret Smoke is a comprehensive solution for cold-pressed resin extraction from plants. It includes a programmable 14-liter machine with a 15-minute timer, two extraction grids (190 µm and 45 µm), a pyramid bag for placing plant material, and a thermometer for monitoring water temperature. This kit will ensure a clean and abundant extract, surpassing traditional methods. Regular cleaning of the devices after use will ensure their long-lasting and efficient operation. Simple to use, all you need to do is fill the device with ice water. The built-in timer allows you to set the ideal time according to your needs, and once the time is up, you simply drain and filter the resin-laden water. Instructions for Use: Here's what you'll need before we get started: 1 zipper laundry bag A set of extraction bags (depending on the set, this could be a set of 3, 4, 5, or 8 bags) 1 bucket the size of your extraction machine. A 5-gallon bucket for 5-gallon extraction machines, a 20-gallon bucket for 20-gallon extraction machines. Ice and water—preferably RO (reverse osmosis) water for best results. A flat drying sheet. Plant material—ideally, it should have been in the freezer for at least an hour before starting the extraction process. 1. Prepare the bags and bucket. Line the bucket with extraction bags. Start with the smallest micron bag you have. It should be a 25-micron bag. Once that's in, line the bucket with the next largest bag. Repeat until all your bags line the bucket with the largest micron bag (usually a 220 micron bag) on top. 2. Prepare the extraction machine. Fill the machine halfway with a mixture of RO water and ice. A temperature of around -5 degrees Celsius is ideal. 3. Prepare the plant material. Add the frozen (remember, it should be in the freezer for at least an hour before starting!) plant material to the extraction bag. Zip the bag shut. Don't forget to double-check the zipper to make sure it's securely closed. 110g is a good amount of material for a 20-liter machine. 4. Add the plant material and start the extraction machine. Place the bag containing the plant material in the extraction machine. Add more RO water and ice until the machine is full. Set a timer for 15 minutes and let the machine begin! The contents should froth up nicely. 5. Remove the bag. After 15 minutes, it's time to drain. Start by removing the bag from the machine. Squeeze any excess water from the bag into the machine, then set the bag aside. 6. Drain: Take the drain hose and place it in the bucket and bag assembly we made earlier. Turn the machine to drain mode and allow the mixture to drain. Rinse the machine with water to drain everything. 7. Collect: Slowly remove the top bag from the bucket. Rinse with water to rinse off any excess material. Turn it inside out and collect the material. Place it on a drying sheet. Repeat for each bag. Done!
